UNCHANGING
Adoration
: praising God for who He is
(please no prayer requests or answers to prayer during this time)

"Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.
They will perish, but you endure; they will all wear out like a garment.
You change them like raiment, and they pass away; but you are the same, and your years have no end." Ps. 102:25-27

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Heb. 13:8

"For I the Lord do not change, therfore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed." Mal. 3:6

"The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations." Ps. 33:11

Confession (take a few minutes of silent confession)
Let my old self be crucified with Christ that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that I may no longer be enslaved to sin. Romans 6:6 And let not sin reign in my mortal body (in my immortal soul), to make me obey its passions, Romans 6:12 but having been set free from sin, let me become a slave of righteousness. Romans 6:18(ESV)

Thanksgiving: thanking God for answers to prayer

With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the LORD : "He is good; his love...endures forever." And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the LORD, because..." Ezra 3:11

Intercession: (break into groups of two or three)
"To open _____'s eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that he/she may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith." Acts 26:18
